A Day in Honor of Adrian Foster

State of Nevada, Executive Department- A proclamation by the governor

WHEREAS, Dr. Adrian Foster has served the State of Nevada with professionalism, loyalty, and excellence for 26 years; and;

WHEREAS, Adrian began his career in state service as a Human Resources Analyst 2 with the Division of Human Resource Management in 2000; and;

WHEREAS, Adrian continued his career progression with the Division, serving as a Supervisory Human Resources Analyst and a Human Resources Analyst 3; and;

WHEREAS, Adrian has served his entire career within the same Division providing exceptional service to every department within the State of Nevada; and;

WHEREAS, in honor of Dr. Adrian Foster and in recognition of his dedication and contributions to the State of Nevada, colleagues, friends, and coworkers, we would like to thank and commend him for his 26 years of honorable service and extend our best wishes for a happy, healthy, prosperous, and fulfilling retirement;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOE LOMBARDO, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, do hereby proclaim February 9, 2026, as a day in honor of
