WHEREAS, Patricia Wright has faithfully served as a Mental Health Technician for 27 years, demonstrating exceptional dedication, professionalism, and compassion in providing care to individuals living with mental illness; and;
WHEREAS, throughout her years of service, she has consistently upheld the mission and values of Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health, promoting recovery, dignity, and respect within the psychiatric setting; and;
WHEREAS, her commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and mentoring new staff has left a lasting impact on colleagues, patients, and the behavioral health community; and;
WHEREAS, her steadfast presence and compassionate care have been an inspiration to all who have had the privilege to work alongside her; and;
WHEREAS, the State of Nevada and Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health extend their deepest appreciation and gratitude for her 27 years of service and dedication to the field of mental health. We extend our best wishes for a happy and fulfilling retirement;
